1. Booking & programmation musicale
Nous sélectionnons les groupes les plus adaptés à votre événement, votre lieu, votre public et votre budget.
Nous gérons les échanges, les disponibilités, les fiches techniques et les besoins spécifiques des artistes.
Chaque proposition est personnalisée, avec devis rapide.
2. Management
Nous accompagnons aussi certains groupes dans la durée, avec un suivi personnalisé.
Conseils scéniques, stratégie de communication, échanges réguliers, structuration du set, identité artistique :
nous proposons un regard extérieur à la fois humain, exigeant et bienveillant.
Chaque groupe reste libre, mais on est là pour soutenir, challenger et faire grandir.
3. Coordination sur le terrain (stage management)
Le jour J, nous assurons la coordination entre les groupes, les techniciens et les organisateurs.
Installation, balances, transitions entre les sets, loges, horaires : nous veillons à ce que tout se déroule sans stress.
Une présence discrète mais efficace.
4. Communication & visuels
Sur demande, nous créons les visuels de vos événements : affiches, publications réseaux sociaux, agenda mensuel.
Nous adaptons les formats à vos supports, et pouvons aussi gérer les publications ciblées.

Entre 150 € et 300 € selon les besoins et le nombre de supports réalisés.

SebaLentz Booking ondersteunt organisatoren en artiesten bij elke stap van een muzikaal evenement.
1. Booking & muzikale programmatie
Wij zoeken de juiste band voor jouw locatie en publiek.
Snelle offertes, communicatie met artiesten, technische opvolging.
2. Management
We begeleiden ook bepaalde bands op langere termijn, met een gepersonaliseerde artistieke opvolging.
Podiumadvies, communicatiestrategie, regelmatige opvolging, setopbouw, artistieke identiteit —
wij bieden een externe blik die tegelijk menselijk, kritisch en betrokken is.
Elke band blijft volledig vrij, maar wij zijn er om te ondersteunen, uit te dagen en te laten groeien.
3. Coördinatie op locatie
Op de dag zelf zorgen wij voor het verloop: loges, soundcheck, tijdschema en overgangen.

4. Communicatie & visuals
Op aanvraag creëren wij visuele content voor uw evenementen: affiches, social media posts en maandelijkse agenda’s.
